I barely got any updates unless I reached out first, which made the whole experience frustrating. I kept feeling like I was being left in the dark and had to chase them just to find out what was going on. Definitely not what I expected...

I’d say the flowers looked different from what I was expecting, and my recipient mentioned they seemed a bit tired when they showed up. For something meant to be a nice gift, it was kind of embarrassing. I probably wouldn’t order from here again

I was really disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed, the flowers were loose inside, and the whole thing just felt poorly packaged. It kind of ruined the experience for me.

I tried using the site to place an order, but it was a hassle. The pages were loading slowly for me, not unusable at first, but slow enough to get annoying.

I ordered a certain orchid arrangement, and what showed up was just… not it. Different color. Looked smaller too. I know substitutions can happen sometimes, sure, but no one reached out or gave me a heads-up. For what it cost, it was disappointing.
